Hurricane Irma: the trajectory of the biggest storm in the Atlantic

03:56

These were the conclusions until the morning of September 11, 2017. The hurricane's fury simply ended, coming out of Category 5 (the strongest of them all), just for a tropical storm. Miami, Orlando, Tampa, and other cities around South Florida have been little harmed, only very strong wind and rain, which leads everyone to believe in the power of prayer. A phenomenon like this to diminish from one day to another, according to people, can only be God's thing.

Hurricane Irma, the largest on record in the Atlantic, continues its trajectory and arrived on Friday to the south of the Bahamas archipelago with winds of up to 260 kilometers per hour. Shortly thereafter, the Irma dropped to intensity category 4 by losing some strength in the past few hours, according to the National Hurricane Center (NHC). This implies that the intensity of the winds is lower; went from gusts of 252 kilometers per hour or more to something between 209 and 251 kilometers per hour. So far has killed 19 and more than a hundred injured.
The unprecedented violence of this cyclone particularly punished the islands of Barbuda and Saint-Martin in the Lesser Antilles. It also swept the island of Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and Haiti. The latest NHC updates indicate that the hurricane will continue to travel north-west across the Caribbean. It is expected to approach Cuba on Friday and reach South Florida on Saturday, where, according to director of the US Emergency Management Agency, Brock Long, the cyclone will be "truly devastating." Miami is expecting the largest evacuation in its history.
This is the balance of the damage that the Irma caused in his passage through the Caribbean islands and the measures that are being taken in the areas that will be affected in the coming days

Tip 1 : Create a small “ritual”

Before you start studying, create a small “ritual”. It can be a stretching, drink a glass of water or whatever you want. With time, your brain will understand it’s time to study and it’ll be easier to concentrate.

Tip 2 : Turn off your cell phone!

While studying, keep your smartphone or any other electronic far from you. Save some time of your day to play, check your social networks or chat with your friends. As they say, “first the work, then the fun”.

Tip 3 : Make a study roadmap

It’s important and very helpful to make a study roadmap. But it’s more important to follow it! Be flexible and realist, the intent here is to do all things planned.

Tip 4 : Clean your room

The local where you study must be clean, organized, silent and peaceful. Scattered things and noises can contribute with your lack of concentration. So, check out your room, your desk or whatever your place of study is. Remember : a clean room is nice for you, and your mom will be happy ;)

Tip 5 : Peace and love

And for last but not least, calm down. Seriously. Always believe in yourself, believe in your capacity and don’t give up. Keep going, you’re doing well. You’re capable, you’re smart and with effort you’ll get good grades <3
